(For digital products only. No "trial then dislike" refunds.)

100% REFUND (within 15 days)
Wrong software delivered compared to description.

Software cannot be installed / run, and cannot be fixed within 7 days.

No delivery within 14 days after payment received.

PARTIAL REFUND (up to 50%)
Project paused mid-way due to customer changing requirements beyond original scope.

NO REFUND
Source code / installation file received and runs (even if not fully satisfied).

Request made after 15 days from delivery.

License / key already activated.

Customer modified code causing errors.

Reasons: no longer needed, bought by mistake, doesn't fit business idea.
